Meet Our Sales Manager: Michael Dady

“People buy cars from people they like, and we’re here to help the people of the community,” says BMW of Bridgeport Sales Manager Mike Dady, who may be the first person you meet, whether it’s in person or during an online sales experience. Mike has been with the brand for five years after being recruited away from another dealership.

“There was such a strong group here, and I found my niche developing internet leads and sales to help the team grow,” he tells us.

Mike says he looks at every customer interaction at BMW of Bridgeport by considering how he would like to be treated during the process.

“It shouldn’t just be about what the numbers say,” he continues. “We want everyone to buy a vehicle on their own terms. That’s the luxury experience.”

A native of East Haven, Dady grew up playing baseball, and excelled at hockey before being recruited to the semi-pro Trenton Sting in Ontario where he was chosen to be team captain.

“That’s what first prepared me for management,” he explained. “Managing a team, holding everyone to standards, and working for yourself and others. It’s exciting.”

He currently calls Milford home, where he lives with his wife, daughter, and two sons.
