I will never forget the great people I met at BMW of Bridgeport. On Saturday, my wife and I traveled from Virginia to Bridgeport, Connecticut to attend my 50th High School Reunion which was scheduled to start at 6:00pm. We arrived at my hotel around 2:00pm, and to my surprise, the car trunk would not open. We went to the Bridgeport BMW dealership praying for assistance. I was informed by a very pleasant receptionist that the service department was closed, but the on duty “Genius” (Charles) could possibly help. After evaluating the car, Charles informed us that he could not open the trunk. Understanding our dilemma, he informed us that a service technician (Steve) was still onsite and would explore other options, which gave us some hope (note that the dealership was full of customers and they were attempting to get their customers out by 5:00pm). Steve made multiple attempts to actuate the trunk release, including performing a diagnostic test and re-programming vehicle software. We were informed that the re-programming effort would not be completed by 5:00 pm, but Steve volunteered to stay until the job was complete. At this point, we accepted the fact that I would miss my class reunion. But they didn't give up. Steve removed the back seat to work around our luggage in the trunk so he could open the trunk with the emergency release handle, and we could get our luggage. The Sales Manager, Bill Green, offered us a courtesy vehicle (along with giving us his personal cell number to call if we encountered additional problems) and Steve told us he would deliver our car to the hotel once the re-programming was complete, and pick up the courtesy vehicle. I made it to my reunion and was able to fellowship with classmates I hadn’t seen in 50 years. Note that Steve delivered our car around 8:00pm, long after the time the dealership closed, and I’m sure he had other plans for a Saturday afternoon and night. From the time we walked into the dealership, until the car was delivered, everyone greeted us with a smile and pleasant demeanor. Thanks to Charles (BMW Genius), Steve (BMW Technician) and Bill (BMW Sales Manager), my weekend ended up being a great weekend. Thank you very much!
I can not say enough great things about the team at BMW of Bridgeport. I worked with Ramon, Victoria, Chris & Glen and all were amazing in their perspective roles. Each one was just as friendly, informational, patient and helpful. Ramon worked hard in getting me into the car I wanted with the pricing that I could afford. He never once tried to "sell" me or "push" me into something I did not want. The patience this dealership showed me was exceptional. I recommend this team for anyone...OH and the car is pretty nice too!
We brought our 2013 330 BMW in for annual service and left that afternoon selling it and purchasing a 2019 440 BMW so we had interaction with service and sales. We had interaction with 3 people listed below and an additional person who oriented us to the vehicle named Glenn who was wonderful
Great experience!I purchased a used vehicle and it wasn’t a BMW.They still treated me with excellence like I was buying a premium BMW! The atmosphere was not like your typical high volume car dealer. It felt like you were with caring friends and family.I will definitely look them up when buying another vehicle.Thank you team at Bridgeport BMW!
but he was patient and fantastic) go over all the details of the car on the day of purchase. We would highly recommend Kelly and this amazing team at BMW of Bridgeport
bernard maintained constant communication with me and answered all the questions I had while my car was having maintenance at Bmw of Bridgeport. Very happy with the service as always, and the results.
Everything was very professional from drop off to pick up. Only part not good price for transmission issue. $1500.00 to fix a leak that part cost under $20.00 is very unprofessional and outrageous.
Ramon and the BMW staff was very kind cortious, helpful, and professional.
