Went in to buy a non BMW car. John was great with communication before and after the purchase. They got me in and out in time. Good dealership, clean, and hospitable. Some staff would walk by and not smile or even say hello but John and finance staff were great. 4.5 out of 5 for the entire dealership but the 5 is for John’s service.
Very easy process to return my 330xi going off lease and to lease a 530xi. A shoutout to Susan Ritter for facilitating the return, and especially Kelly Garvin for doing all the leg work to get me into a 530xi and to Victoria Warner for doing the paperwork and making it easy. Great Dealership and great people. PS. Shane in service is also pretty awesome.

John at the service department really went out of his way to help me when my 2017 330i had a fluke overheating issue. I was stuck on the highway and BMW roadside assistance had me on hold for an extended amount of time, due to Covid. When John heard that I was having trouble getting through, he walked me through hitting the SOS, which automatically generated a gps location on my car and they sent the flatbed right out to pick me up. They had a loaner for me ready to go. The service team was fantastic and sent me videos ...

Everything went without issues and as expected. Great service! Jonathan was "on top of everything" from the very start when I called the dealership. I had a few follow up questions and again Jonathan was readily available to help me.
