For your service appointment, we can pick up your vehicle at your home or office, leave a new BMW loaner vehicle for your use, and return your vehicle, washed and vacuumed upon completion of all requested services.
If we find any additional services your car may need, we’ll send you a personal video along with a written proposal describing all suggested services for you to review and approve, so there’s never any surprises.
