Our dealership works with various local charities to support those battling cancer by joining customers, friends, and family to support cancer survivorship. We also partner with organizations in hosting back-to-school drives to help the students in our community get a head-start on their new school year and to create opportunities for high school seniors who want to pursue a career in education.

BMW Bridgeport Charity Partnerships

October is National Breast Cancer Awareness month, and BMW of Bridgeport donates proceeds of every sale to the Pink Pledge fundraiser in support of The Norma Pfriem Breast Center at Smilow Cancer Hospital (part of Yale New Haven Health). Funds raised through the Pink Pledge help cover costs for women needing compassionate and life-saving care services.

BMW of Bridgeport also participates in the CT Challenge charity bike ride to help with exercise, nutrition, mental and physical health, and community-building support programs for those who battle cancer. For every rider that joins Team BMW of Bridgeport, our dealership donates $150 to each rider’s fundraising goals.

Youth empowerment is a critical part of a thriving community. Empowered youths gain the confidence to become contributing community members and develop the skills needed to impact the world around them. BMW of Bridgeport is a strong advocate for youth empowerment and helps to provide the tools and opportunities required to help local students succeed. In collaboration with local organizations, PITS, Hip Hop 1001, and Bridgeport Youth Lacrosse, our dealership helps provide uniforms and school supplies for the start of the new school year through a back-to-school drive.

BMW of Bridgeport works across the education continuum to support local youths. Our team participates in the Vick Soto 5k, a family-friendly walk and run celebrating Victoria Soto—a Sandy Hook Elementary School teacher who tragically lost her life protecting her students. Funds raised through this event go to the Vicki Soto Memorial Fund, which supports high school seniors pursuing a career in education.
