There’s honestly not enough time to say how happy I am with this dealership, especially Sam. From the very first phone call to driving off the lot, the entire process was seamless. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind, professional, and accommodating. I had previously visited another local BMW dealership where I felt completely dismissed, so this experience was a night and day difference. (Soon to be former) long time customer. Appalled at my recent leasing experience, and the absolute lack of customer service, general decency, and transparency whatsoever. No welcome at the dealership. I had to walk into the management office to ask for my client advisor, who couldn’t have cared less when I showed up for my appointment (which he had to call and request I delay by several hours the day before). He was clearly with other customers, seated me in the service waiting area and told me nothing. After about ten minutes I was marched into finance, where things really got ugly. Somehow my numbers were based on the wrong mileage. Once that was squared away, the games really began. I refused all addons, only to be told “there was a month end rebate” and certain addons would be free. The forms were all presented to me on a tablet, which conveniently had “technical issues” any time numbers were refreshed. After digesting and reviewing the contract, as the numbers did not sit right with me, and I felt something was off, I realized I was paying for the allegedly “free” addons. When asked to substantiate calculations, the finance manager hid behind “the system”, and refused to demonstrate how any numbers were arrived at, and constantly changed his story. The finance manager may have made his dealership a few dollars, but they’ve lost a long time sales and service customer.

Next, we agreed on that price and the sales person, Giselle, went over the extra charges, first was $995 for doc fees which was far higher than other dealerships that I had spoken to and $600 for NJ registration but she assured me that I would be refunded any amount that exceeded NJ's actual charge. I told her that the doc fee was outrageous and I wouldn't be interested. She called back several days later and I told her that I would be interested to look at the car if they dropped the price or the doc fee by $500. She spoke to the sales manager and told me they would reduce the price by $500. We then discussed the price breakdown and I reconfirmed with her that only NJ's actual charges would be withheld from the $600 charge. I drove up to see the car, loved it, and bought it. When I was finalizing paperwork with the finance manager, Michael Painter, he went through the charges line by line, and I confirmed with him that I would be refunded any funds that would exceed NJ"s actual charges which he confirmed. However, when my check came there were additional deductions of $35 and $137 I called and spoke to Michael and he said that the $35 was postage for my tags and the $137 was probably a miscalculation of NJ sales tax. I told him the tax was correct, so he said he would find out and get back to me. He called back and told me that I was being charged $137 for an outside service filing my paperwork, I told him this was unacceptable as I had been told by 2 employees, including him, that I would not have any extra charges. He escalated to the sales manager, Leo Albert, who called me. Unfortunately I missed his call. I called him back 3 times with no response which gives you a good indication as to how little they value their customers. It's shocking that I would get the same information definitively from 2 employees and that they wouldn't honor it. I purposely chose to buy a BMW from a BMW dealer as I felt that would be the easiest and safest place to buy a BMW. Man was i wrong!!!

I recently leased a 2025 BMW X1 (my first BMW), let me tell you, the team at BMW of Bridgeport has made getting a vehicle the easiest. I've only purchased a vehicle in Michigan, and it's usually an all day if not multi day event. Walked in on Thursday at about 4:30, and DJ made it so easy and I knew I was I taking home a new car by 5:30. The longest process was waiting to sign the paperwork (it was the last day of the month) even I know that's the busiest day of the month for a dealership. I told DJ I'm not picky with the color as long as it's not red or white, the vehicle he was showing me had red interior and he was going to find another one and I told him, the interior is fine just not the outside and he really made sure it's what I wanted (I actually love the black and red interior). While I was waiting to sign the paperwork (didn't expect to take home a new car that day) I was transferring my stuff from the car I was trading in and they sent Jake to me who was very knowledgable and polite to go over the features of the car with me. I actually rate BMW of Bridgeport 11 out of 10, I highly recommend!

I've actually had my car about 5 months now, I've been extremely busy with school and work but my client advisor was Zee. She was absolutely amazing. This is my first car purchase(2021 Honda HR-V) and she was helpful with any questions or concerns I had. She was so patient and the process didn't take long at all. I don't think I could have asked for a better advisor.

I went in for an oil change. Now I need 12k of work done. I purchased this vehicle from BMW of Bridgeport. I put only 60k of mileage 11yr period. I've always met all service requirements. Every time I go in for service it's at least an additional 4K of work needed. My vehicle isn't an every day car. The labor prices are outrageous. I understand it's BMW but wow. The service standards also seem to have changed since I purchased my vehicle. I have lost my confidence in the service Department!

I’m not one to write reviews, but after my amazing experience with the entire staff at BMW of Bridgeport, I felt it was necessary to share with others. From the moment I walked through the door, everyone was ready to help make my experience enjoyable and fast as possible. They were determined to give me the best price on my trade in and the best price on my new 5-Series. No other dealership came close to their numbers/kindness. It started from top with the GM Charlie who greeted immediately and made sure I was in good hands, Elise who made sure everything was in order and ready to go, to the young lady in finance department who made sure I got any add-on needed, and wasn’t trying to sell me any BS Packages, like all the other dealerships do to increase their commission, and finally Jake the BMW Genius, thank god for him or else it would take me months to figure out all the gadgets that come with car. I drove an hour to make my deal and honestly, I’m glad I did. if I needed to do it again, I would drive for many more hours just to work with all these amazing people again at BMW of Bridgeport. If you had to choose and you’re reading this review, make the greatest decision and go with them, Or else you regret it bc they are different and much better than the rest.

I wanted to give my personal opinion regarding the experience I had with BMW of Bridgeport Connecticut regarding the recent purchase of my 2025 330i xdrive. The sales advisor, Elise Brown, handled all of my questions over the weekend and the assisted with all of the necessary financial documents to complete the sale. Upon arrival to pick up the vehicle, I was greeted by her and her colleagues in a courteous and professional manner, as if I was a repeat customer, even though this was the first time I was purchasing it from this BMW dealership. Her other colleague, Anthony, took the time from a busy day to ensure I understood all of the technical differences as we walk through the entire vehicle inside and out and insured. I was comfortable and knowledgeable for the drive home. He even installed my plates and sent me a file of email making a personal connection. Upon completion of the sale, I was also given a BMW, branded Tumbler, umbrella, and ice/brush removal and told to contact anyone, should I encounter any problems or questions with the vehicle. I was in the market for a Tesla Model 3. Found that BMW of Bridgeport had one that was extremely low miles and in great shape with a price that was much less than those around me. Called in and spoke to Frantz. I was looking for someone who was straight forward with me as I too am in the business. Wow! Where do I begin? I’ve been looking for a car for a few months now. And I came to BMW of Bridgeport with low expectations after the disappointing experiences at the other BMW dealerships in the area. But Jacob (sales associate) was a God sent and Mike (finance manager) made the process smooth and easy.
