The BMW Maintenance Program Upgrade
When you invest in a BMW, you can drive confidently knowing your vehicle includes the BMW Maintenance Program, covering all factory-recommended maintenance and specific items requiring replacement due to normal wear and tear at no charge, for the first 4 years/50,000 miles, whichever comes first.

But your confidence doesn't need to end there. You may have the option to purchase an upgrade for an additional 2 years/50,000 miles, extending your maintenance coverage up to a total of 6 years/100,000 miles, for applicable models-its coverage and value are unmatched.

The Maintenance Program Upgrade option also extends the standard 4 years/unlimited mileage BMW Roadside Assistance Program benefit period by an additional 2 years/unlimited mileage for a total of 6 years/unlimited mileage.

All covered maintenance program services are performed at an authorized BMW center, by a BMW-trained technician, using only Original BMW Parts. So your Ultimate Driving Machine^® can stay that way.

BMW Assist Safety and Convenience Plan
Imagine a travel companion who knows the directions, traffic and weather and can pick out the best destination, whether a fine restaurant, four-star hotel, or well-hidden tourist attraction. That companion can be with you all the time-at just the touch of your Concierge button in your BMW. The address and phone number can even be sent to most BMWs, then transferred to your BMW navigation system or Bluetooth^® phone for route guidance or to make the call. We can tell you the airline gate and arrival or departure time, as well as the best fuel prices and availability. These services, and more, are available when you enroll in the optional BMW Assist Convenience Plan.

It's the ideal complement to your BMW Assist Safety Plan, which comes with most new models for four years at no additional cost, as part of BMW Ultimate Service. When you combine the BMW Assist Safety Plan with the Convenience Plan, you enjoy peace of mind whenever you're behind the wheel.

Your new services will include:

• Directions to a street address or point of interest.



• Traffic information along your route or around your BMW.



• Weather conditions and forecasts locally, at your destination or any other place.



• Critical Calling provides up to four, five-minute operator-assisted calls per year for those times when you don't have your cell phone or its battery is discharged.



• Concierge assistance for restaurant and hotel recommendations, movie times and ticket information, flight arrival times and gate information and much more.
